Cancellation & Refund Policy

An order once placed cannot be cancelled and there is no return or refund for all soft furnishings such as curtains, cushion covers as they are all made to order basis. However, in case the fabric is found torn, we will replace the product with the same product provided it is not washed. Replacement will be shipped once the damaged product is received and inspected by us.

In case of clothing, in the event the ordered clothing is unavailable or defective, the order will be cancelled at our end and a refund shall be processed within 7 working days.
